Thank you for participating in the MoorArts 2017 Gala. As we have limited exhibit space, the MoorArts team wanted to first extend our Call to Artiststo you as a thank you for your previous participation and support of MoorArts.
The 2019 MoorArts GALA fundraiser “A Evening of Fine an Performing Arts” will be held on Saturday, January 26th 2019. The bi-annual event will take place at the Moorestown Community House, 16 East Main Street. The event will showcase select Vocal and Instrumental Entertainment, as well as an Art Exhibition. The artwork will also be available for purchase online the evening of the event, and during the weeks prior and post the event. Some additional information you should know:
Zero upfront cost to the participating artist
Artists will be promoted through MoorArts marketing and PR materials, Mail chimp Newsletter, various email blasts to past and present Gala attendees and social media.
The MoorArts Gala is an adult event, open to anyone interested in attending.
Each participating artist will receive a complimentary invitation to the Gala evening.
Accepting a 30 % fee of any and all sold artwork will compensate MoorArts. The 30% will be deducted only if your artwork sells. The amount will be reflected in your check payment from MoorArts. MoorArts 30% proceeds support student scholarships, teacher grants in the arts, and community arts events.
